MOEBE's first large-scale seating collection, the Modular Sofa embodies the Danish company's minimalist design philosophy. Reduced to its essential form while maintaining a comfortable and relaxed charm, the collection comprises four main units, as well as individual pieces such as backplates, side rests, and tables, allowing for a wide range of seating configurations to be built.
The sofa features a solid square frame that contrasts with the gentle curves of the seat cushions, creating a silhouette that is both simple and soft. The cushions enhance the comfort level, with a design that ergonomically connects the back and seat cushions in a subtle yet effective way.
The frame arrives flat-packed and is made from wooden components that easily connect. Multiple units utilise a metal bracket system to keep them securely in place. Once assembled, the back cushions are attached to the frame using a simple fastening mechanism.

Materials
The frame for the MOEBE Modular Sofa is made from FSC-Certified oak and oak veneer, treated with a hard-oil treatment which gives a natural finish and protects it from wear over time.
The cushions are made from EU Ecolabel-compliant form and are available in a selection of colours from the following upholstery options: Autumn, Field or Re-Wool.
