Designed in collaboration with the award-winning ceramicist Mathew Sasa, the Longpi Cookware collection uses a combination of modern and traditional techniques to produce rustic and tactile cookware which celebrates table style eating.3D printed moulds have been introduced to the manufacturing process to reduce production time for the artisans whilst allowing the pans to have deeper detailing, sharper lines and precise forms.
Perfect for one-pot meals, the Karipan can be used on a gas or electric hob and in the oven and are naturally non-stick due to the burnishing process in their production.
The pan also features a contoured underside, allowing for enhanced moisture retention and self-basting qualities.

Materials
Each pan is hand-moulded and burnished in India from a locally sourced 'serpentine' rock and river clay.
The pans have been fired at low temperatures and finished without any glazes, meaning they can be easily returned to the earth with minimal impact.
