First introduced in 1935, the lamp has become an icon of British design, defining the very idea of flexible task lighting through its pioneering constant spring mechanism.
Each piece is individually numbered on the back of the fork and carries a 90th anniversary emblem etched into its base. The polished and lacquered raw aluminium finish highlights the precision of its engineering, while genuine brass details add a subtle warmth to the composition. A twisted burgundy red woven cable completes the design, nodding to the lamp’s heritage while grounding it firmly in the present.
