Maru
Maru by Ingo Maurer for Ingo Maurer.
Designed by Ingo Maurer in 1980, the Maru suspension light forms part of a series of Japanese paper lamps designed by Maurer in the 70s and 80s. Maru's large paper shade is delicately hand-crafted from Japanese paper and features intentional wrinkles, producing a soft, diffused light.
The height of the light can be easily adjusted by carefully raising the red iron ring to lower the shade, and by lifting the shade itself.
The Maru light is crafted by hand in Munich.
