In 2021, Norm Architects redesigned the Notabene shoe store, introducing refined Japanese design elements that contrast with the expressive and raw structure of the building, reflecting the precision and craftsmanship inherent in the shoemaking process.
Custom furniture was designed for the space, including the N-ST02 Side Table. Featuring a rounded tabletop with a subtle cut-out in its centre that emphasizes the materiality and warmth of the wood, the table has a distinctive, lightweight feel to it.
The side table offers versatility and can be used as a side table or a display stand in both private and commercial spaces.
