KN02 High Back Chair + KN03 Ottoman by Piero Lissoni for Knoll.
The KN02 swivel lounge chair, designed in 2018, is part of the KN collection, a family of chairs designed to combine refined elegance with supreme comfort, achieved through a self-adjusting reclining system. The more compact of the two chairs, its proportions are increased through the offering of a headrest.
It features a hidden mechanism built into the armrest which enables the chair to recline. The flexibility and freedom of this movement enables maximum comfort, particularly when sitting for prolonged periods of time. The back can be locked in any position and the mechanism can easily be returned to its upright stance with a gentle motion.
The range can be completed with an optional ottoman.
Lissoni said of the new collection:
“This is a seating collection, a family of chairs with a modernist spirit, for which I have applied my usual proportions. In this project, I have set out to reflect the entire history of Knoll.”
