Materials
Made from cast iron.
Before first use: Wash with warm water using a soft sponge. Dry thoroughly and apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the inside surface.
After each use: While still warm, hand wash with a sponge or soft brush using warm water. Rinse, dry immediately and thoroughly, then apply a light coat of oil to preserve the seasoning
Never use a dishwasher or soak the pan long-term.
