The Wrong Shop

The Wrong Shop was founded by designer Sebastian Wrong with the aim of allowing the world’s leading designers to explore their creativity with experimental pieces that require unorthodox methods of production.

The Wrong Shop produces limited edition prints, often beautifully framed, of artworks by internationally renowned, progressive designers. These are small series works which can be ordered directly from the producers. This process allows greater flexibility and results in an end product of a quality normally associated with bespoke manufacturing. It also ensures greater transparency regarding the provenance of production and provides a direct insight into the skill and specialist knowledge which are employed in the making of a beautiful piece of furniture.

The Wrong Shop was launched in 2011 with a collection featuring new pieces by Konstantin Grcic, Richard Woods and Jerszy Seymour. It has recently produced prints of designs created by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, Pierre Charpin and Nathalie du Pasquier.
