The Model 1081 Floor Lamp forms part of the Le Sfere collection, conceived by Gino Sarfatti in 1959. Le Sfere is a multifaceted and open lighting collection, born out of Sarfatti's fascination for the sky and the perfect light reflected by the moon. Sarfatti designed the beautiful luminous sphere characteristic of the collection to emulate this light.
For the Model 1081 Floor Lamp, a single opaline sphere sits delicately on a slender black steel base to create a sculptural statement. The dimmable lamp is available in two complementary heights.
