Model 238 Wall Light by Gino Sarfatti for Astep.
Inspired by the calming illumination of the Moon, Gino Sarfatti designed the Le Sfere collection including the Model 238 wall light. The multifaceted, versatile collection, designed in 1959, is a great choice for illuminating spaces from corridors to private and commercial environments.
The Model 238/1 features a single blown opaline glass sphere lightly upheld by a Black or Champagne painted steel ring. Model 238/2 features two blown opaline glass spheres gently held in place by two Black, or Champagne, painted steel rings. The spheres can be placed facing downward or upward and thus providing a direct or indirect light composition.
