Part of the Minatomirai Café Collection, the N-BS01 Bar Stool is a natural extension of the Kinuta Project dining chair. Designed by Norm Architects in collaboration with Keiji Ashizawa for Blue Bottle Coffee’s Yokohama café, the stool expresses a shared commitment to honest materials and understated functionality.
Crafted in solid wood by Karimoku, the stool features a gently curved backrest sized for comfort and support, along with a well-proportioned seat and integrated footrest. An optional upholstered seat enhances comfort without compromising the design’s refined simplicity.
Subtle transitions and precise detailing highlight the craftsmanship behind the piece, while its elevated form brings the warm, calm character of the collection into a bar-height seat.

Available in pure oak, smoked oak, grain matte black oak or keyaki brown wood.
