Designed specifically for the 36 Kinuta Terrace apartment in Tokyo's Setagaya district, the N–ST01 Coffee Table takes inspiration from the natural elements of the connected courtyard, seamlessly inviting the outdoors in.
The table juxtaposes the light and the heavy. Astutely designed to achieve a visually airy look while maintaining structural strength, the solid wood base varies in thickness, with the central point being the widest and the ends gently tapering down to achieve a slimmer point.
The marble tabletop highlights the wooden base beneath, with a delicate cut-out emphasising the harmonious relationship between the two materials.
