From the planning stages twentytwentyone assists with the selection of furniture and lighting that contributes function, quality and aesthetics at the budgetary requirements of the project. We diligently manage the order, delivery and installation process, working to time sensitive deadlines on a diverse range of projects in the UK and internationally. We are passionate about good design and continually follow the industry, attending exhibitions, trade shows and factory visits.

Nestled around the corner from London's Goodge Street underground station is 45 Whitfield Street, an office space with an interior which reflects the original 1970s architecture.

43 Whitfield

dMFK architects have created a flexible workspace for a bright and spacious office in Fitzrovia, London, incorporating mid-century elements that complement the buildings architectural style.

19 Fitzroy

In the Fitzrovia district of London, dMFK Architects have transformed a mid-century medical laboratory into a flexible, contemporary office space with a homely feel.

Swiss Cottage House

Beam Café

A new addition to the lively neighbourhood of Muswell Hill in North London is the Beam Café, with an interior that reflects its contemporary Mediterranean cuisine.

The Pigment House

Unknown Works has transformed a dark London townhouse into a well-connected and harmonious home that combines the practical needs of a family with a creative exploration of materials. 

CLT House

The CLT House in Leyton, East London, is a sustainable renovation and expansion of a mid-century terrace home. Focusing on eco-friendly design, the project utilises cost effective CLT construction.

Looking Glass Lodge

Situated on the edge of Mallydams Nature Reserve is the Looking Glass Lodge, a secluded eco-lodge where guests can relax and improve their connection with nature.

Stone House - Islington

twentytwentyone was approached by Architecture for London to supply a range of furniture to the Stone House, a Grade II listed property located in Barnsbury, Islington.

Buckle Street Locke

Buckle Street Studios is a new thirteen-story high-rise in the East-end of London, comprising a co-working space, a coffee shop, a number of meeting rooms, a concept store and 103 compact apartments.

Passivhaus - Muswell Hill

The Director of Architecture for London, Ben Ridley, has transformed his Edwardian terrace in Muswell Hill, north London, into a contemporary, low energy home with the highest Passivhaus levels.

Franklin Road House

The twentytwentyone contracts team collaborated with New Zealand-based Jack McKinney Architects and interior designer Katie Lockhart on the Franklin Road House in Auckland to create a family home.

The Stables at Great Barn Farm

twentytwentyone worked with The Modern House and Alma + Midori to furnish the Stables at Great Barn Farm in picturesque north Norfolk, suppling a range of iconic 20th-century designs.

ARC Club Homerton

The ARC Club Homerton offers a design-led, professional workspace for local freelancers and creatives.

York House

Situated in Kings Cross, the new York House has been transformed into a bright, open co-working space. Post-war inspired furniture was chosen to complement its pared-back concrete interior.

The AllBright - Maddox Street

twentytwentyone contracts have worked with Suzy Hoodless, supplying furniture to the new AllBright members club on Maddox Street. 

Radar Station

Radar Station is built on the site of two pre-fabricated sheds and aims to preserve the original forms while ensuring a connection between the buildings original use and the vernacular architecture.

Rathgar, Dublin

twentytwentyone Contracts were approached by Peter Legge Associates to supply furniture for a significant renovation to a three-storey, end-of-terrace Victorian dwelling in Rathgar, Dublin.

Ahm House

twentytwentyone have worked with architects Coppin Dockray to renovate the modernist Ahm House, built by Danish architect Jørn Utzon in 1961.

Le 25bis Luxury Guest House

Ramsey Krause designed the newly opened boutique guest house and champagne shop on the world-famous Avenue de Champagne in Epernay for the House of Leclerc Briant.

Happy Face Pizza

Working with the people behind Spirtland, our contracts team supplied furniture and lighting to create a fresh, contemporary take on the classic Neapolitan pizza restaurant.

Television Centre

Alongside creative consultants Suzy Hoodless, our contracts team has helped transform the iconic Televsision Centre into new homes, office and television studios.

Fenman House

Make + Places' Fenman House show flat boasts one of three specifically curated collections designed to complement the interior architecture, with furniture supplied by twentytwentyone Contracts.

Foyer and cocktail bar, Barbican

A mix of timeless and durable furnishings were requested to complement this exemplary modernist interior while ensuring it can continue to accommodate its ever-increasing numbers of visitors.

Frobisher Rooms, Barbican

With the brief to help modernise their Frobisher Rooms, furniture and lighting was specified to sit naturally in a building of the Barbican's architectural heritage.

Duke of York apartments

This mixed-use project saw a 1930s office building near St James's Square transformed into a set of spacious apartments, with the aim to bring an air of quiet luxury through furniture and fittings.

Residential project, London

Refurbishment specialists BTL were asked to transform a Victorian property for a client wishing for a theme of Italian modernism.

The Park Lofts

A former commercial space on Albany Street was transformed into 15 modern apartments, with furniture and lighting specified to fit the relaxed minimalism of the project as a whole.

April's Cafe

From the people behind the hugely successful Bistrotheque comes April's Cafe, designed alongside twentytwentyone to acknowledge the heritage of their luxurious setting in a contemporary manner.

Kenure House

Design studio Echlin created a striking contemporary property from a Victorian townhouse, commissioning the contracts team to provide fixtures and fittings in keeping with the modern details within.

Mamas & Papas Westfield

In a departure from most projects, twentytwentyone contracts brought bespoke furniture to Mamas & Papas in Westfield shopping centre, lending a homely edge to a familiar retail environment.

Tate Modern Switch House

The contracts team were honoured to help develop the new wing of the Tate Modern, working closely with the designers to deliver classic pieces alongside items custom-made for the project.

Kensington townhouse

For this townhouse refurbishment twentytwentyone specified furniture befitting of the property's understated aesthetic.

E F Education

The contracts team were approached by EF Education to provide Robin Day's classic Reclining chairs for a sense of mid-century refinement to their Botson headquarters.

The Mellier Apartments

A collaboration of twentytwentyone Contracts and Studio Mackereth an eclectic mix of furniture and lighting was brought together to compliment the ornate nature of this Beaux-Arts apartment building.

West London Townhouse

Industrial meets glamour in this private London townhouse as the Contracts team were brought in to furnish the interiors with a suitably diverse range of fixtures and fittings.

Royal Court Theatre

The bar and kitchen of the iconic Royal Court theatre were redesigned in collaboration with Lyndon Goode Architects to bring contemporary comfort to a distinguished west London landmark.

Belsize Park apartment

Situated in a Belsize Park London, this period property was sympathetically re-designed by Wright and Groom using products to create a modern functional living space.

Metropolitan Wharf

The top floor of a large office was converted into eight luxury penthouses, with the Contracts team working alongside Tom Dixon's Design Research Studio to realise the space in his eclectic style.

Dormy House Hotel

The Dormy House Hotel is a seventeenth-century farmhouse turned hotel. Designed by Todhunter Earle, they asked for classically restrained furnishings, befitting the refined setting of the Cotswolds.

Robinsons Brewery Visitors Centre

For this Urban Salon-designed space at the Unicorn Brewery in Stockport, twentytwentyone commissioned a range of bespoke pieces from Another Country.

Cornerstone Cafe

London-based Paul Crofts Studio referenced the area's history of producing arsenal when designing the Cornerstone Cafe in part of a former munitions store.

Konditor + Cook, Swiss Re

Working alongside Jamie Fobert, twentytwentyone worked to provide modern a outdoor terrace to a speciality bakers at the foot of the Gherkin.

Edinburgh House

The refurbishment of a light-filled Victorian house overlooking the North Sea required a similarly light touch with the furniture, commissioned in conjunction with twentytwentyone Contracts.

Kajima Partnership

DMFK Architects's new headquarters for property developer Kajima combined mid-century seating and contemporary lighting, after consultation with twentytwentyone who supplied furnishings throughout.

Martinhal Beach Resort

twentytwentyone were asked to advise on furniture, lighting and accessories for a hotel and resort in Portugal's Algarve and won the contract to supply most of the items throughout the public areas.

Wahaca restaurant

twentytwentyone Contracts worked with leading design practice Softroom with a brief of delivering an eclectic range of styles and textures to compliment Wahaca's strongly defined visual identity.

Fuglsang Art Museum

Working closely with the architects and client, twentytwentyone Contracts supplied a range of furniture to suit the modernist stylings of the Stirling Prize-nominated Fulgsang Art Museum in Denmark.

Paramount private members club

Located atop the iconic Centre Point, twentytwentyone supplied furniture for this private members club with strong geometric forms to compliment the brutalist aesthetic of its setting.

Body + Soul

Body & Soul is a unique charity dedicated to helping young people living with the effects of HIV in the UK.

Trinity Laban Centre

Swiss architecture company Herzog & de Meuron invited twentytwentyone's Contracts team to tender for this new build project to house a new centre for Laban dance and training in London.

Whitechapel Gallery

William Plunket's WP range sofas and benches were used to great effect in the gallery spaces. The furniture was supplied and manufactured by twentytwentyone.

The Barbican

The Barbican, Europe's largest multi-arts and conference venue has a program of renovation including the balcony bistro and terrace restaurant areas.

The Hospital private members club

The Hospital is a private members club in central London that offers an environment and services for creative and like-minded people to work, collaborate and spend leisure time.

Zetter hotel

The Zetter brings a stylish hotel, busy restaurant and a bar to the fashionable Clerkenwell area.

Soho House NY

Soho House New York, the private members club and hotel in Manhattan’s Meatpacking district includes furniture sourced and supplied by twentytwentyone.

Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH)

Designers Urban Salon undertook a significant redesign and refurbishment of the central London headquarters of advertising company Bartle Bogle Hegarty. 

Ickworth House Hotel

LHM Plc is a hotel group with an eye for good design, but ensure comfort, colour and humour are always included in the interiors they create.

Drop House

The Drop House by Hudson Featherstone architects is a striking modern build in Herefordshire's Northaw Estate, designed with energy-saving technology, furniture supplied by twentytwentyone.

Pharmacy restaurant
