Fun 4DM pendant lamp by Verner Panton for Verpan.
The fun collection of lighting is often regarded as Verner Panton's most recognisable and celebrated designs. Panton was often inspired by nature and this design employs the natural mother of pearl to great effect. Pendant with mother of pearl discs on three ring chrome metal frame. Discs are connected with small metal rings.
The myriad pearlescent discs give a warm light and cast a delicate shifting pattern of reflected light on surrounding surfaces. In addition, a gentle crystalline sound is emitted when the hanging discs are stirred by a soft draught.

Materials
Discs are made of mother-of-pearl, seashells. Attached by chains of small metal stainless steel rings. White (MDF lacquered) wooden ceiling plate included.
